Zane Curtis has a diverse range of work experience. Zane started their career at Washington Mutual Bank as a Financial Associate, where they handled client calls, updated files, and implemented successful marketing strategies. Zane then transitioned to Barnes & Noble as an Assistant Store Manager, where they managed sales staff, trained employees, and ensured customer satisfaction. Zane later joined Mental Health Systems as a Marketing & Volunteer Manager, providing case management, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral skills training to at-risk youth and their families. Zane then moved to MRC Smart Technology Solutions, where they held various roles such as Sales Trainer, Database Manager, Director of Business Intelligence, and Executive Director of Business Intelligence. In these positions, they automated reporting, managed teams, implemented CRM systems and DocuSign, and utilized data analysis to generate additional revenue. Zane also worked at Intuit as a Group Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics, where they led a forecasting team, facilitated the adoption of ML-driven models, and drove operational efficiencies. Currently, Zane is serving as the Global Director of Client Operations at RAIN Group, overseeing project management, client success, and operational improvements. Additionally, they founded MTL Adventures, a venture focused on outdoor activities, and became a Founding Member of The Outlier Project, a professional development community. Lastly, Zane has taken on the role of Ambassador at Athletic Brewing Co., promoting their products.
