Andy Oushakoff has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Andy. is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Clean Energy Systems, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at PRO Unlimited as a Digital Manufacturing/Process Engineer, where they deployed and integrated digital manufacturing software and coordinated efforts to create a digital thread in line with the DoD's Digital Engineering Initiative. Before that, they were a Digital Manufacturing Consultant at Inceptra, where they introduced and trained staff in the use of digital planning and execution tools. Additionally, Andy has several years of experience at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist and was responsible for leading the assembly of rocket engine combustion devices and small thrusters. Andy. also worked at Lighting Science Group Corporation as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, designing components for the iconic Times Square Ball. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Design Engineer at Aerojet, where they designed rocket engine assemblies and components for various programs. Andy began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Schilling Robotic Systems, Synvasive Technology, Inc., Moller International, and Endosonics, Inc., designing and developing products for a range of industries.
