Fairyn Helaire

Fairyn Helaire is a Human Resources Assistant at VAM USA since February 2023, bringing prior experience from the University of Houston where responsibilities included data analysis that contributed to a 3% increase in enrollment as a Graduate School Assistant. Fairyn’s background includes a role as a Sales Associate/HR Services Associate at Banana Republic, where efforts in candidate reference checking and recruitment events improved hiring efficiency and applicant numbers. Additionally, Fairyn served as an Advising Intern at the University of Houston, coordinating orientation programs and enhancing document organization for newly admitted students. Fairyn holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Development, both from the University of Houston.
