Jared Torstenson

Jared Torstenson has extensive work experience in environmental compliance and engineering. Jared worked as the Director of Environmental Compliance at Clean Harbors starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they were a self-employed Environmental Engineering Consultant for landfills from April 2016 to November 2019. Jared also served as a Hazardous Waste Permitting Engineer at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment from January 2010 to March 2018. Before that, they worked as a Water Resources Engineer at JR Engineering from January 2008 to October 2009.

Jared Torstenson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, completing their education between 2005 and 2008.
