Leslie Moreau Carlson

Leslie Moreau Carlson, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Clean Power Research, a company focused on advancing energy transformation through innovative cloud software for utilities and energy professionals. With extensive experience in human resources, Leslie has held various positions, including Senior HR Manager and Technical Recruiter at Pluralstack and Carena, Inc., where significant achievements included growing a team from 30 to over 120 and managing comprehensive HR functions. As an accomplished USA Gymnastics National Rated Judge, Leslie also judges gymnastics events. An entrepreneurial venture includes operating Carlson Accounting and Human Resource Service, providing accounting and HR support for small businesses. Leslie holds an Associate's degree from Bellevue College and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
