Ginny Flood

Ginny Flood is an experienced leader in the energy and resource sectors, currently serving as a Board Member at Clear Seas Centre for Responsible Marine Shipping since January 2020. Flood also holds the position of Chair on the Board of Directors for the Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN) and previously served as Co-Vice Chair from October 2016 to June 2020. Prior roles include Vice President of Government Relations at Suncor and Vice President Canada at Rio Tinto. Flood's significant contributions to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce include serving as Past-Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee. With a strong background in government, Flood was Executive Director at Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Director General at Natural Resources Canada, specializing in environmental assessments and regulatory authorizations. Flood holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
