Bob Trogele, PhD, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agricultural and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of PROAGINVEST LLC and President of Trogele Energy and Consultancy LLC, Bob leads investment initiatives in smart agricultural technology and market access, while also focusing on oil and gas investments. Bob has held significant roles in various organizations, including Independent Board Director at CleanSeed Capital Group, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at American Vanguard Corporation, and President Asia at FMC. With a PhD in Strategic Marketing for Non-Profit from The University of Göttingen, Bob has demonstrated expertise in corporate strategy, financial planning, and transformational leadership throughout a career marked by driving revenue growth and innovation in multiple organizations.
