Joshua Figueroa

Joshua Figueroa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, research and development, and quality assurance within the biomedical and educational sectors. Currently serving as an R&D Project Manager at Clean Skin Club since May 2025, Joshua previously held roles at SHL Medical from July 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing global projects, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Earlier roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Control Technician involved investigating product complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality management systems. Joshua’s background also includes research as a Student Research Assistant at California State University, Bakersfield, and an R&D Scientist Intern at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to the development of oral care products. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California State University, Bakersfield, and a Bachelor of Music in Studio Music & Jazz Saxophone Performance from the University of Miami.
