Chris Davis is an experienced addiction consultant at St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney since April 2022 and serves as Chief Medical Officer at Clean Slate Clinic from January 2021, engaging in a home alcohol withdrawal service via telehealth. With a background as a general practitioner, Chris Davis worked at East Sydney Doctors from July 2016 to March 2022, and previously at Kildare Road Medical Centre and Chatfield Healthcare. Chris Davis developed a special interest in alcohol and other drugs while practicing in London since 2011. The medical career began at NHS Trust from July 2001 to August 2014, following education at The University of Manchester from 1995 to 2001.

The Clean Slate Clinic is a Telehealth program that supports Australians to safely undergo alcohol detox from home. The Clinic is led by Dr Chris Davis, a global leader in General Practitioner alcohol withdrawal management. Working under his guidance are a team of highly trained alcohol detox nurses who provide the daily care you need as you undergo this difficult but important change in your life. Our program has three phases: preparation (2-3 weeks), detox (1 week) and aftercare (12 months) - all of which is fully delivered through Telehealth.
