Steven Lipofsky

Prior to joining Clean Streak, Steven worked as Director of Retail Construction Services for The Ferber Company, where he was responsible for directing and managing all phases of development and construction, from feasibility studies to project close-outs. He oversaw the hiring of necessary professionals to ensure the successful permitting, planning, designing, engineering, and construction of projects. Steven also prepared detailed project budgets and was accountable for monitoring actual expenses against projections.

Steven holds a B.S. in Civil Engineer from the University of Central Florida and is a registered Florida Professional Engineer, no. 73882.
