Katie Powell

Katie Powell has extensive experience in marketing and event management. Katie'smost recent role was as the Director of Marketing at HES Facilities Management, where they oversaw marketing strategies and initiatives. Prior to that, they were also the Director of Marketing at The Clean-Tech Company. Before that, they worked at ABM Industries as an Event Marketing Manager and later as a Senior Marketing Manager for the Education Group. Katie also worked as a Marketing Manager at GCA Services Group, where they managed the marketing department and coordinated national tradeshows. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Private Events Director at ClubCorp - Club LeConte, a Catering Sales/Convention Services Manager at Knoxville Marriott, and a Community Relations Director at United Way of Sevier County.

Katie Powell graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the College of Communications.
