Starting out as a Technical Apprentice, Tracey has worked their way up through various positions including Chemist, Process Technologist, Development Technologist, and Technical Manager at British Steel. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Hull and certifications in Leadership & Management, Tracey's expertise lies in ensuring products meet legal and customer specifications while improving process efficiency.
