Human Resources and Culture Director, National at Clean Water Action

Ashley joined the Clean Water Action team in 2021 as the Human Resources and Culture Director. Developing a passion for the environment and the need for diversity, education, and training in it stemmed from her time working for an environmental graduate school. A clear understanding of how to create allyship and training are passions of hers this role allows her to be a part of the solution.

Starting her leadership in post-secondary education molded her into an analytical, assertive, results-driven, and success-focused leader. She now possesses over 10 years of leadership and management experience. Her passion is advocacy for oneself while navigating both personal and professional endeavors.

Ashley comes to Clean Water with both a Bachelor's and Masters's degree in Human Resources Management obtained at Central Michigan University and Diversity training such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF, Muma College of Business. The goal for her is to foster an environment of learning, empowerment, equity, and sound resources.
