Penny Creswell

Penny Creswell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in environmental and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Environment & Regulatory Compliance and Senior Legal Counsel at Cleanaway Waste Management since November 2014, Penny also holds a position as Non Executive Director at Parkway Corporate Limited since October 2021. Prior roles include Senior Associate in Projects at Allens from July 2005 to October 2014, Senior Lawyer at Northern Land Council from January 2000 to May 2005, and Lawyer at Victorian Native Title Services from February 1999 to January 2000. Penny began a legal career at Allens Arthur Robinson from February 1995 to January 1998. Education was obtained at Melbourne University from 1989 to 1995.
