Erin Gavaghan

Erin Gavaghan has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Erin started their career at the Royal Albert Hall as a Stewards Administrator, where they were responsible for daily administration tasks and played an active role in committees. Erin then joined Soho Theatre as a Front of House Manager, followed by roles as Deputy General Manager and General Manager. After that, Erin joined Siobhan Davies Dance as General Manager, later becoming the Deputy Director and then the Executive Director, where they led organizational development, business planning, financial management, and fundraising strategies. During their time at Siobhan Davies Dance, they also served as the Executive Director on an interim basis. Erin has also worked as a Board Trustee at Deafinitely Theatre, contributing to the organization's strategic development. Most recently, they became the Executive Director and Joint CEO at Clean Break Theatre Company.

Erin Gavaghan pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre at the University of Victoria from 1994 to 1999. After that, they enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London, where they completed a Master's degree in Art Policy and Management from 2004 to 2006.
