Julissa MacKey

Julissa Mackey has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Julissa started their career as a model at Wilhelmina from June 2011 to June 2013. Following that, they worked at Saggio Restaurant from April 2012 to October 2017, where they held the positions of Bar Director, Manager, and Event Coordinator. During their time at Saggio, they were responsible for team leadership, daily gross income, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

In 2017, Julissa joined CleanChoice Energy and took on different roles within the company. Julissa started as a Software Engineer from October 2017 to February 2020, then worked as a DevOps Engineer from February 2020 to April 2021. Julissa eventually became the DevOps Team Lead from April 2021 until their current position.

Currently, Julissa is the Director of Global Account Activation & Technical Advisor at World Water Film Festival. Julissa started in February 2023 and is still working in this role.

Julissa Mackey's education history includes attending Byte Academy in 2017 for computer programming, SUNY Empire State College from 2015 to 2016 for CS, and Baruch College from 2011 to 2013 for philosophy. Julissa obtained their high school diploma from Mother Cabrini High School in 2011. In terms of certifications, Julissa obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS in 2021. Julissa also acquired additional certifications such as Home Networking Basics and Internet Connection: How to Get Online? from Coursera in 2020.
