Angel Santiago

Angel Santiago serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Medical Division at CleanCraft LLC, leading daily operations, hiring, and talent development since August 2021. Previously, as Corporate Director of Environmental Services at St. John's Home, Angel oversaw multiple senior communities, enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction through strategic vendor partnerships and staff training from January 2017 to August 2021. Angel's experience also includes an Operations Manager role at the University of Rochester Medical Center, managing a large team and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations from June 2010 to January 2017. Earlier, as District Loss Prevention Manager at Rite Aid Pharmacy for nearly a decade, Angel coordinated loss prevention strategies across 50 locations. Angel holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.
