Adam Heath

Adam Heath has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Adam started their career as a Resident Physician at HonorHealth from July 2012 to July 2015. Adam then joined the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, where they held various roles such as Faculty in the Doctoring Program from July 2015 to September 2016, Assistant Director of the Doctoring Program, and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family, Community, and Preventive Medicine from September 2016 onwards. In 2018, they shifted to CleanSlate Centers as a Physician until September 2020. Adam currently works as the Center Medical Director at CleanSlate Centers.

Adam Heath earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Ashland University between 2002 and 2004. Adam then attended Case Western Reserve University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from 2004 to 2007. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they attended Ross University School of Medicine and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree specialized in Medicine.
