Gregg Pieples

Gregg Pieples is currently serving as the Vice President of Payer Strategy & Contracting at CleanSlate Centers since October 2024. In addition, Gregg holds the position of President Elect on the Board of Directors for Prevention Action Alliance since March 2022. Previously, Gregg was the Vice President of Strategy at Thrive Peer Support from October 2021 to October 2024, and held multiple roles at CareSource, including Manager of Behavioral Health Programs and Enterprise Substance Use Disorder Program Lead from January 2018 to October 2021. With a strong background in addiction services, Gregg served as the Addiction Services Director and Program Manager at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services from November 2009 to January 2018, and worked on the Paths to Recovery Homeless Program. Earlier career experience includes training and consulting at Wellness Management & Recovery CCOE and program management at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services. Gregg holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
