Jill LaBeau has extensive experience in IT roles, spanning various companies. Most recently, they worked at CleanSlate Centers as the Director of Endpoint Management and IT Projects, where they provided IT support for employees and vendors and managed the full life cycle of hardware. Prior to that, they held the position of Production Support / Project Manager at CleanSlate Centers, where they oversaw the strategic management of IT departments and led the migration to ConnectWise suite of tools. Before joining CleanSlate Centers, Jill worked as an Implementation Project Manager at CleanSlate Centers, where they managed IT expansion and deployment processes across multiple locations. Additionally, they worked at Dimension Data as a VNOC Systems Engineer, applying ITIL methodologies and providing support to the Americas and Europe regions. Jill also has experience as a Master Account Manager at Paragus Strategic IT, where they managed system administrators and executed IT projects for small to medium-sized businesses. Jill began their career at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, first as a Help Desk Operations / Hardware Repair Senior, where they supervised and trained student staff in software support and hardware repairs, and then as an Assistant Director / Acting Director of Information Technology, responsible for overseeing the IT department.
Jill LaBeau earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2012. Jill also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College. Jill has recently acquired certifications in Everything DiSC® from Wiley Workplace Learning and in Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in February 2022.
