Ward Peters

Ward Peters currently serves as Legal Counsel for Governance and Commercial Contracts at ClearBank since June 2025 and holds a position as a member of the Tuchtcommissie at KNVB from January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Kennedy Van der Laan as both an Advocate and Legal Assistant focused on Corporate M&A from October 2020 to June 2025, and as a Notarial Employee specializing in corporate law at Sterel c.s. Notariaat from August 2018 to October 2020. Earlier career experience includes an internship at Ligo BV in early 2018. Ward Peters is pursuing a professional training course for lawyers and holds a Master’s in Commercial Legal Practice from the University of Amsterdam, along with a pre-master’s degree in Law from Open Universiteit. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
