Heidi Tilley has over 35 years of work experience. Heidi began their career in 1986 at Mainstay Software Corporation as the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, where they took dictation and transcribed letters for the President and Vice President, coordinated travel and meeting arrangements for the executive team, and answered phones and forwarded calls for a staff of 25 people. Heidi then took on the role of Accounting/Bookkeeping, where they processed bi-monthly payroll for all company personnel, managed all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, and managed all yearly software renewal notifications, reporting and receivables. Additionally, they were the Product Manager for RapidBOM, where they managed all development, marketing, customer support and administrative activities for the newly introduced software application, and implemented processes and procedure for all aspects of this activity. Heidi then took on the role of Business Manager/Human Resources, where they implemented and applied organized business practices for the software company and managed daily operations of the company, as well as hired and managed administrative personnel.

In 2010, Tilley began working at Stryker as the National Accounts Coordinator - Strategic Accounts, where they coordinated and performed all administrative functions associated with executives on the Strategic Accounts Team, created a new template for responding to proposals and prepared proposals for new and existing customers, and planned and organized meetings, expense reports, travel, calendars and schedules. In 2015, they began working at Colony NorthStar, Inc. as a Conference Coordinator, where they coordinated all aspects of broker/dealer conferences, including Salesforce analysis to determine attendees, and created campaigns in Salesforce to track attendees and analyze sales data, as well as managed a calendar in Outlook. In 2018, Tilley began working at ANM as a Marketing and Sales Renewal Specialist, where they proactively monitored all SmartNet renewals in the Colorado territory and coordinated with account managers to present accurate renewal information to customers, analyzed SmartNet data and created spreadsheets for customers to review, and interacted with customers regarding contract management, including moves, adds and changes. Most recently, in 2021, Tilley began working at Clear Cannabis Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
