Heikki Siltala

Heikki Siltala is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, education, and organizational development. Since March 2018, Siltala has served as the Manager for Partner Agreements & Development at Clear Channel Finland, focusing on business partner contracts and smart city solutions. Additionally, Siltala holds the position of Associate Professor at the Finnish National Defence University. Previous roles include facilitating the Millennial Board at D11 Helsinki, serving as an Organization Consultant at Humap, and leading the training business at AAC Global and WSOY, with significant responsibilities for profit and loss management. Siltala's career began as the Deputy Managing Director and Headmaster at JTO School of Management. Siltala holds a Doctorate in Arts & Social Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä and completed an executive program at INSEAD in 2003.
