Amber Cervantes

Amber Cervantes is an accomplished executive compensation professional with extensive experience in compensation strategy and administration. Currently serving as VP of Executive Compensation at Clear Channel Outdoor since September 2019, Amber oversees all aspects of executive compensation, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentive awards. Previously, in the role of Director of Compensation at iHeartMedia from September 2012 to September 2019, Amber managed multiple long-term incentive plans, advised senior management, and led the annual incentive payout process. Prior to that, Amber worked as an Executive Compensation Analyst at Willis Towers Watson and as an Actuarial Analyst at Mercer, gaining valuable skills in market compensation analysis, pension plan valuations, and executive pay analysis. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics from Tyler Junior College.
