Walter March

Mr. March has more than 30 years’ experience is M&S and Operational Test and Evaluation. He has been supporting the Department of Defense (DOD) since 1985 focused on the USAF, OSD and the joint/multi-service community to engineer analysis environments for weapon system requirements and capability development/evaluation. His T&E efforts included the B-2 bomber, F-22 fighter, and other specialized programs. He lead a contractor team for AFOTEC for B-2 Initial/Final Operational Test and Evaluation (I/FOT&E) and Force Development Evaluation (FDE) efforts for the B-2 bomber focused on test plan development, pre-test planning, test execution, data reduction, data analysis and report writing. Mr. March developed and executed the B-2 OT Accreditation Plan receiving approval from the AFOTEC/CC. He has a degree in Aerospace Engineer from NC State University and a Master Degree in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

His current technical duties include systems engineering and test expertise in all aspects of the tactical execution of projects and strategic direction to achieve the goals of the USAF and the Department of Defense. One major focus area is the design, development and execution of Systems of Systems (SoS) analysis efforts — for example, ISR, IAMD, CAS, JPR and DCA/OCA — and how advanced technologies are integrated with the legacy force structure providing decision support to the USAF/DoD acquisition and T&E community.

Walter is extremely proud to lead a team of CCAT professionals executing complex projects for the DoD. As the President, CEO and Chairman he works to ensure compliance with various government agencies (i.e. DCAA) and focuses on long term sustainable growth for the CCAT family.
