Laura Glardon

Laura Glardon, Ed.D. has extensive work experience in the education sector. Laura began their career as an Instructional Paraprofessional at Alvin ISD from January 1993 to July 1995. Laura then worked as a Teacher/Coach at Alvin ISD from July 1996 to July 2000 before joining Clear Creek Independent School District as a Teacher/Coach from July 2000 to July 2009. Laura Glardon then worked at Santa Fe ISD as an Assistant Principal/Curriculum & Instruction from July 2009 to July 2012. Laura returned to Clear Creek Independent School District, where they held various roles, including Assistant Principal from July 2012 to June 2018, Dean of Instruction from June 2018 to October 2021, and currently serves as a School Principal starting September 2021.

Laura Glardon, Ed.D. earned their EdD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University between 2009 and 2011. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Laura Glardon also earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Alvin Community College from 1991 to 1993.
