Justin Larkin is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing diverse call center environments. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Clear Harbor since August 2020, Justin oversees customer service, retention, and acquisition across multiple locations, managing over 900 FTE with significant financial responsibility. Previously, as a Senior Operations Manager at 24-7 Intouch, Justin enhanced call center performance and reduced attrition through strategic hiring and process improvements. At Sutherland, Justin contributed to program growth and developed leadership among supervisors, while at Xerox, management of a high-performing inbound call center involved optimizing staffing and enhancing customer experiences. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Louis University.
