Warren Smay

Warren Smay currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for Clear Harbor since March 2007, leading a skilled team to develop advanced customer care technology strategies. Previously, Warren held key positions such as Chief Technologist at Phoenix Outdoors, LLC, and Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Tallgrass, LLC. Earlier in their career, Warren was instrumental as Founder and Chief Technology Advisor at NewLine Services, LLC, as well as holding leadership roles at Nextel Communications, Inc. and Technology Solutions International, where Warren significantly contributed to revenue growth. Warren’s foundational experience includes co-founding Overlook Communications, LLC, and ascending through various technical positions at Async Communications, Inc., and Network Strategies, Inc. Warren's educational background includes military service in the United States Navy, specializing in electronics, communications, and cryptographics.
