Ana Najera Chitiquez

As the accounting assistant, Ana provides support to the Finance Department by handling communication with clients, maintaining financial records, and processing transactions. For Ana, it is highly important to communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns they might have regarding their accounts in an effective and efficient manner. Ana is in charge of keeping account records up to date to assist management in making informed, efficient, and precise decisions at any given time.

Prior to joining Clear Impact, Ana was a Bi-lingual home visitor at United Planning Organization located in Washington, D.C. As a home visitor, Ana supported families and their children by providing resources available in the community and helped parents understand their child’s development milestones and behavior. Ana enjoyed her role as a home visitor and the impact she made in the lives of many families, and as a result, Ana joined Clear Impact after learning about the work with non-profits and communities.

Ana is a native Spanish speaker, born in Guatemala and raised in the U.S. Ana went to the University of Maryland Global Campus and received her B.S in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration. In her spare time, Ana likes to spend time with her family, watch movies, and care for her indoor plants and garden.
