Alexander Jorjorian

Alexander Jorjorian is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with a strong background in genomics and neuroscience. Currently serving as a Bioinformatics Scientist II at Clear Labs since September 2021, Alexander has previously held the position of Bioinformatics Engineer 2 and Bioinformatics Associate at Complete Genomics Inc. from July 2017 to September 2021. Early career experiences include work as an undergraduate researcher in the Computational Neural Data and Dynamics Lab under professor Mukamel, focusing on neural genetics and transcriptome data analysis. Alexander also contributed as a Vice President of Communications for the Beta Theta Pi-Zeta Gamma chapter, an editor for the California Review, and held roles in academic scholarship management. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-engineering-biotechnology from UC San Diego in 2017.
