Foundation Medicine
Lisa Heppler is a seasoned bioinformatics scientist with significant experience in clinical biomarkers and translational oncology. Currently serving as a Bioinformatics Scientist II at Foundation Medicine since January 2020, Lisa leads projects focused on automation and process improvement while preparing genomic reports for cancer patients. Prior roles at Foundation Medicine include Senior Scientist I and Scientist II positions, all centered around enhancing the quality of genomic reporting. Lisa's foundation in bioinformatics and data science was further developed through a student role at Thinkful and a postdoctoral research position at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
