Anne Michele Puglisi, AuD, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of audiology. Anne Michele currently holds the position of VP of Audiology at Amptify, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Hearing Health Coaching at Amptify from March 2020 to March 2022.
In addition to their work at Amptify, Dr. Puglisi also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University since January 2021, where they impart their knowledge and expertise to aspiring audiology professionals.
Dr. Puglisi's career in audiology began in 1996 at JFK Medical Center, where they held the position of Senior Audiologist for a decade until October 2006. Following their time at JFK Medical Center, they joined Summit Hearing Aid Center, LLC, as a Clinical Audiologist from November 2006 to June 2013.
From September 2009 to May 2016, Dr. Puglisi worked as a Group Aural Rehab Facilitator at The Hearing Society, where they played a vital role in helping individuals with hearing impairments improve their communication and overall quality of life.
Prior to their role at The Hearing Society, Dr. Puglisi worked as a Clinical Audiologist at THE HEARING CENTER, PC, starting in July 2013.
Throughout their career, Dr. Puglisi has demonstrated a strong commitment to the field of audiology and has gained valuable experience in various settings, including clinical, educational, and leadership roles.
Anne Michele Puglisi, AuD, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Deaf Education at The College of New Jersey from 1990 to 1994. Anne Michele then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Audiology at Gallaudet University from 1994 to 1996. Later, they obtained their Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree at Salus University, completing their education from 2003 to 2005.
