Carole Franks

Carole Franks PMP currently serves as the Commercial Client Services Manager at Clear Spring Health, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Carole worked as a Project Manager - Operations at Yellow from August 2022 to July 2023, focusing on process improvement and service enhancements across various departments for a substantial fleet. Carole also spent over a decade at MDSi, Inc. as a Program Manager, successfully implementing a Network Inventory Asset Management system for a major cable network provider, significantly improving asset visibility. Earlier roles include serving as a Training and Operations Support Coordinator at May Management Services and as an IT Business Operations Administrator at Dynetech, where responsibilities included vendor management and IT financial management. Carole holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor's in Technical Management and an Associate degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and DeVry Technical Institute, respectively.
