Shavonne Wyche-Davis

Shavonne Wyche-Davis is the Director of Compliance at Clear Spring Health. Shavonne has extensive experience in leading and optimizing operations for organizations.

Previously, they were the Director of Operations at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC (FKA Pierce & Associates). In this role, they led a team of 12 direct reports and was responsible for producing financial forecasts and cost control tools while ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and state/federal regulations.

During their time at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, Shavonne successfully reversed operating losses in one quarter by eliminating duplicate roles and processes, reducing headcount, and introducing new technology updates to restore the company to profitability. Shavonne also collaborated with leadership teams on financial planning, partnered with project managers to establish budgets for special programs, and developed standardized, structured guidelines for personnel evaluations, recruitment, and career advancement.

Shavonne Wyche-Davis has earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Global Gender Studies from the University at Buffalo. Shavonne also holds a Masters of Humanities in Interdisciplinary Studies from the same school, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
