Ashleigh Dawley

Ashleigh Dawley, RAC, serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at Integrated DNA Technologies, a position held since January 2021, where leadership of global regulatory affairs, quality assurance product life-cycle, and compliance infrastructure development has been established. Prior experience includes roles at ICON plc as Manager and Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Medical Device and Diagnostic Research from July 2017 to January 2021, and at Dako as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist focusing on Companion Diagnostics from July 2014 to July 2017. Ashleigh also contributed to the QA/RA/MCA departments at Dako and began a career at Ventura Family YMCA as an Assistant Administrative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communication from California State University Channel Islands and an Associate of Arts in Communication from Ventura College.
