Bradley R. Friedman

Bradley R. Friedman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate law. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking Legal at Clear Street since April 2024, Friedman previously held the position of Managing Director and General Counsel for Investment Banking at Cowen and Company from October 2006 to April 2024, where responsibilities included advising on corporate governance and disclosure matters. Prior experience includes serving as a corporate finance associate at Skadden Arps from September 2002 to October 2006. Bradley R.
