Christina Sandoval

Christina Sandoval is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional People Director at CLEAR since June 2024, Christina previously held the role of VP of Human Resources at The Bay Club Company, where leadership encompassed HR strategy for over 3,500 employees and the successful rollout of a new Learning Management System. Prior to that, during a 12-year tenure at 24 Hour Fitness, Christina held the positions of Regional Human Resources Director and Area Human Resources Manager, focusing on team development, mentorship, and operational oversight. Christina's earlier roles include HR positions at Comcast and Mervyn's, showcasing a diverse skill set in employee relations, strategic planning, and risk analysis.
