Phillip Royer

Phillip Royer has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President, People and Vice President of Learning and Development at CLEAR. Prior roles include Senior Director of Learning & Development at West Elm, and various positions at J.Crew, including Learning and Development Specialist and Regional Sales Trainer. Additionally, Phillip held managerial roles at West Elm and EXPRESS as Store Manager. Education was pursued at Capella University from 2015 to 2019.
