Shriya Palekar

Shriya Palekar currently serves as the Director of Healthcare Business Development at CLEAR, starting in February 2025. Prior to this, Shriya held the position of Vice President of Product Strategy at Quantum Health, focusing on product-driven growth and leading teams to explore new market opportunities from November 2022 to January 2025. At TytoCare, from 2018 to November 2022, Shriya was the AVP of Health Plan Solutions, where responsibilities included launching TytoCare's Health Plans vertical and developing strategies for health plan partnerships. Earlier roles include Senior Director and Director positions at Sema4, where Shriya led the launch of a hereditary oncology testing product, and consultant roles at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in the pharma and healthcare sectors. Educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics and History from Cornell University.
