Richard Dempsey

Richard Dempsey's work experience includes several senior management roles in various companies. Richard served as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at ClearCaptions, Inc. from 2017 to present, where they were responsible for operations, supply chain, and logistics management. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Sr. Director of Operations at Purple Communications, Inc., overseeing operations, supply chain, and facilities management. Richard also served as an Operations Manager and Business Technology Consultant at Purple Communications, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Before joining Purple Communications, Inc., Richard was a Business Technology Consultant at a sole proprietorship from 2007 to 2015, where they provided expertise in supply chain, business operations, and information technology. Richard has also worked as a Consultant at Resources Global Professionals from 2012 to 2013, an Encore Fellow at Civic Ventures from 2011 to 2012, and held multiple positions at Hewlett Packard from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 1979 to 1996, and at Standard Structures Inc. as a Transportation Manager from 1974 to 1979.

Richard Dempsey earned an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business between 1992 and 1994. Richard also holds an AS in Civil Engineering & Construction Mgt. from Santa Rosa Junior College. Additionally, Dempsey obtained a Bachelor of Management degree specializing in Business Administration and Management from Sonoma State University.
