Ed Chuang

VP, Marketing at ClearCare

Ed leads the Marketing organization at ClearCare and brings deep experience as an entrepreneurial marketing leader the past 20 years at 5 venture funded B2B/SaaS startups and growth companies.

Most recently, he was CMO at Satmetrix, a Customer Experience SaaS company and the co-creators of the industry standard Net Promoter Score (NPS) for measuring customer loyalty. Prior to Satmetrix, Ed was VP of Marketing at Avangate, a Digital Commerce and Payments platform where he helped grow revenues 6x in 4 years. He was also Head of Marketing at OPENLANE, a B2B Online Marketplace in the automotive industry where he grew revenues from $20MM to $100MM. Previously he was also VP of Marketing at XUMA and Head of Marketing at CNM Network.

Ed holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has completed courses in marketing management at Harvard University.

In a previous life, Ed was a drummer in a part-time rock band that played gigs in San Francisco and was a regionally ranked tennis player as a teenager. Now outside of work, he spends most of his free time trying to squeeze in dinner/movie date nights with wife Jessica and playing the Crossy Road video game with 5-year-old daughter Sophia.
