Allison Colbath

Allison Colbath is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps and IT management, currently serving as the Director of DevOps & IT at ClearCompany Talent Management Software since July 2018. With a proven track record in designing and maintaining AWS environments, Allison has held various senior roles across multiple organizations, including Saylent and EverQuote, where responsibilities included leading teams and implementing DevOps best practices. Previous positions include DevOps Engineer at The MathWorks, Senior Web Services Engineer at Navisite, and Technical Lead at TIAA-CREF, among others, demonstrating a strong foundation in middleware and cloud application support. Allison holds a B.A. in Philosophy of Literature from Bates College and has been involved in the technology sector since 1997.
