Gina Cesare has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer success and talent management. Gina started their career in 2010 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they played a vital role in deploying IT professionals to client sites across North America, Europe, and Asia. In 2012, they became an Account Recruiting Manager, focusing on delivering alternative and creative support to clients such as Visa, Gap, Salesforce.com, and PG&E. Gina effectively managed the process from requisition qualification to candidate onboarding, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical requirements and non-technical skills.

In 2016, Gina joined ClearCompany Talent Management Software as a Customer Success Manager, enhancing client experience with the ClearCompany Talent Management System. Gina partnered with clients to leverage talent management best practices, aligning employee work with organizational strategies. Over the years, they progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Team Lead, Manager of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and currently, Vice President of Customer Success. In these roles, they provided leadership, mentoring, and training to customer success managers, leading by example and driving expansion and renewal targets.

Gina Cesare attended the University of Arizona from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Business Administration.
