Torrie Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Private Events Intern at City Winery, where they handled banquet event orders, set up floor plans for events, and conducted competitive analyses for other venues. In 2014, they joined The Metropolitan Club as a Membership/Concierge, where they introduced a new membership program, updated existing members on program changes, and maintained the membership database. During the same time, they also served as a Private Events Assistant, creating promotional materials and facilitating client communications. From 2014 to 2015, Torrie worked at Derby Bar & Grill as a Cocktail Server, Waitress, and Bartender, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. In 2016, they joined Shiftgig as an Operations Project Manager, responsible for implementing and managing various projects. Torrie then became a Success and Fulfillment Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment. From 2018 to 2020, Torrie held the role of Sr. Implementation and Success Manager at Shiftgig, overseeing implementation processes and ensuring customer success. In 2020, they joined interviewstream as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction and support. Torrie also served as an Implementation Manager, handling the implementation of company solutions. Currently, Torrie is working at Checkr, Inc. as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, utilizing their expertise in customer success to support and assist enterprise customers.
