Isabel Swartz

Isabel Swartz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Isabel began their career at Marin Theatre Company in 2014, where they served as an Artistic Direction Intern, Box Office Representative, and Assistant Director for various productions. In 2015, they moved on to ClearCompany Talent Management Software, starting as an Implementation Manager, where they worked with new clients to ensure successful adoption of the software. Isabel then transitioned to the role of Training and Engagement Specialist, providing product training and managing internal training initiatives. Later, they became the Training and Engagement Manager, responsible for managing content, conducting client training webinars, and developing strategic training for key clients and stakeholders. Most recently, Isabel served as the Head of Learning, working to enhance employee development and engagement, drive product adoption, and provide relevant and engaging learning paths for ClearCompany learners.

Isabel Swartz attended Emerson College from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Theatre Studies with a focus on Acting and Directing. Isabel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre Studies with a specialization in Acting and Directing from Emerson College during the same period. In April 2022, Isabel Swartz also obtained a certification in "Learning Data Science: Ask Great Questions" from LinkedIn.
