Thomas Ray has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016. Thomas began their career at College Football Playoff as a Marketing Volunteer, gaining experience in event setup, fan interaction, media hospitality, and guerrilla marketing. In 2016, they also joined Rocky Mountain Student Media Corp. as an Advertising Sales professional, responsible for lead generation, community outreach, cold calling, pricing negotiations, and client management.

In 2018, Thomas joined ClearCompany Talent Management Software as an Account Development Representative, engaging in outside B2B sales and consulting, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and performance management processes. Thomas later transitioned to a role as a Channel Engagement Manager, overseeing reseller partner relationships and collaborating with partners on new business opportunities and process improvements.

Most recently, Thomas served as the Manager of Channel Enablement & Operations at ClearCompany, responsible for managing channel operations, partner onboarding, CRM management, and introducing new technology. Thomas is passionate about solving complex problems, enabling peers to succeed, building relationships with partners, and generating revenue.

Thomas Ray received their high school education from The Classical Academy high school from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they attended Colorado State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing, Business, Management, and Communications.
