Warigo Nganga is an experienced customer success professional currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at ClearCompany Talent Management Software since October 2023. In addition to this role, Warigo serves as a Growth Coach for the Catalyst Coaching Corner, providing guidance to aspiring customer success leaders. Warigo is also the Founder of The Customer Success Vault, a premier resource for customer success practitioners, offering insights on developing scalable programs and mitigating churn.
