Kaitlyn Taylor

Kaitlyn Taylor has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Kaitlyn began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Nauvoo Tourism Office and also worked as a Marketing Intern and Desk Clerk at Nauvoo Vacation Villas and Condos. Kaitlyn then worked as a Supervising Waitress at Weber's Kitchen. In 2014, they interned as a Corporate Relations Intern at Allstate and also served as the Head Internship Coordinator at the Department of Communication Internship Programming Office. Additionally, they worked as an LAS 101 Teaching Intern at the University of Illinois College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Kaitlyn gained experience as an Illinois Student Admissions Representative at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, from 2012 to 2015. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications as a Research Center. Kaitlyn joined Allstate in 2015 and held various roles including Leadership Development Program, Claims Team Lead, and Agency Process Associate. At Allstate, they also worked as a Field Sales Associate/Field Sales Leader from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Kaitlyn is employed at Clearcover, where they started as an Agency Sales Manager in 2020 and currently holds the position of Director of Agency Accounts since October 2021. In their role at Clearcover, they have managed relationships with independent insurance agents, grown sales and agency channel population, and collaborated with various departments to execute agent-facing programs.

Kaitlyn Taylor has a minor degree in Spanish from CEGRI (Centro Granada de Espanol). Kaitlyn also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with double majors in Communication and Psychology, as well as a minor in Spanish. In addition, they have obtained certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) including Series 6, 63, and 26. Kaitlyn is also certified in Property/Casualty & Life/Health Producers License from the Texas Department of Insurance.
