Tam Nguyen

Tam Nguyen has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tam is currently employed at CLEARED4 as the EVP of Product Engineering. Prior to this role, Tam founded and served as the CEO of Konexios, Inc., where they developed a middleware Platform-as-a-Service + Software-as-a-Service solution for IoT solution makers.

Tam also held a significant role at Arrow Electronics, where they served as the Director of Software Engineering for Internet of Things. In this position, they led the development and support of the Arrow Connect IoT Platform, which provided secure cloud connectivity and digital transformation solutions.

Before their time at Arrow Electronics, Tam worked at IBM as the Director of Product Application Development and at Arrow S3 as the Director of Application Development and later as the Director of IT Systems Development. Tam played a crucial role in the development and support of various business applications and led the implementation of a complete back-office system.

Tam's career began at Npaq Solutions, where they co-founded the company and served as the CTO. Npaq Solutions offered a software solution called Dynamics AX Integration Server (DAXIS) that integrated Dynamics AX with other applications.

Prior to these roles, Tam worked as a Software Architect at FedEx, Allegiance Telecom, and as a Software Engineer at Nortel Networks and IBM.

Tam Nguyen attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
