Brad Frisinger

Brad Frisinger is a professional with extensive experience in technical support and hardware support, currently serving as a Tier 2 Technical Support specialist at Clearent since December 2020. Prior to this role, Brad worked at Daugherty Mobile Solutions from May 2003 to August 2020, where responsibilities included Tier 3 Hardware Support, customer software support, and customer implementation, focusing on mobile sales device installations and Windows server configurations. Earlier in Brad's career, from December 1990 to May 2003, as a Support Tech/Installer at Micro Vane, Inc., support for the beverage Route Accounting System and training on handheld devices were primary duties. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
